It is also the word to describe my experience with the installation of my new air conditioner & furnace. From the time I met with Clint to seal the deal to just a day and half later when everything was done, it was all handled professionally, but at the same time it was informal and roundly. The two young men that did the installation were very efficient and polite when answering any equation I might have. The clean up process was impeccable.

I waited to write this letter so that I could compare my first two electric bills with last year's. I was told I would have a big savings and guess what, he was right!

• My electric bill from 6/9/06 to 7/11/06 was $74.47 and for the same time period in 2007 was $47.90.
• My electric bill from 7/11/06 to 8/9/06 was 109.03 and for the same tim period in 2007 was $56.16.

You can't do much better than that! The savings is great!

I will recommend your company to any one because I have full confidence that they will be completely satisfied with the quality of your product and your service as I was!

Dear Mr. Duncan

I would like to take a moment to let you know that your team at Niehoff/Dunco is first class! Our air conditioner went out on a day when the heat index peaked at a sticky 105 degrees. Needless to say, it was not the best day for the unity to stop. I had called other contractors before a recommendation came to contact your company. I was greeted on the phone by Debbie, who, of all the other companies I called was BY FAR the most pleasant. She put me in touch with Scott who, within the hour was at our house. Unfortunately, the news was grim - we needed a new unit. It was past five o'clock on a Friday afternoon. Scott put us in touch with Bob who was able to get us a new unity installed and running by Saturday morning (following a terrible thunderstorm that Friday night)! Danny, who lives in our neighborhood stopped by several times to make sure everything was going well.

We thought everything was complete once Bob left Saturday morning, but we were again surprised by a very sincere follow-up call Saturday night from Bob to insure all was well. My husband and I couldn't believe the service we were receiving!
