Our 14-Point Service Checklist

Niehoff/DUNCO uses a 14-Point Checklist, which is double that of most companies. When doing a clean and check, our service technicians will spend more time in your home than other companies - sometimes twice as long - but the job will be done right. Our high standards are designed to keep your equipment functioning at peak performance!

Our service and installation technicians are the best in the business. All repairs come with a two year warranty. Technicians are required to attend on-going training in order to keep their skills and knowledge up to date. Their abilities, in conjunction with our flat rate pricing policy, ensures you will get top notch service at all times.

We offer an array of service agreements to our clients. Our service agreements include:

14-point clean and check / safety inspection on your heating or air conditioning system

Entitles customer to "Preferred" status which includes a 15% discount on any repairs

Preferred customers also receive priority service over customers who do not have a service agreement (we will handle the preferred customer calls first).
